A shop that stops neither when the internet drops nor when a subscription payment is late
Most point-of-sale systems tie the shop owner to a monthly subscription and someone else's cloud, so the shop stops when the connection or the payment does. Nuqta was built on the opposite assumption: the software runs on the owner's machine and the data stays there.

Ownership instead of subscription
Paid for once and owned outright: no monthly fee, no compulsory renewal. Updates are free for the first year and optional after that - and if the owner does not renew, the software keeps working as it is.
Data on the machine
A Windows program installed locally, so sales, stock and customer data stay on the shop's own computer rather than a third-party cloud.
Selling without a connection
Sales and invoicing continue while the connection is down, and the steps that genuinely need the internet complete once it returns.
National invoicing that is actually accepted
A tax base proven by real acceptance from the department, with the arithmetic state checked on both sides before every issue - so the invoice goes out and comes back accepted.
