The challenge
A clinic run end to end, on its own machine
Clinic systems tie the doctor to a monthly subscription and an outside cloud, and patient files leave the clinic. Clinic+ OS was built on the opposite assumption: one folder on the clinic PC holds the database, attachments and backups, and the software is bought once instead of rented.
This is a product AiJoLabs owns, builds and runs, and you can try it directly at clinic-management.aijolabs.com
Five stations, each handing over to the next
Arrival and queue number, then the visit with its specialty template, prescription and signature, then payment or insurance, then the shift till and the accounting month.
The past is not rewritten
An issued invoice is corrected with a credit note rather than edited, a signed visit gets a dated addendum, and a closed month accepts no entry dated inside it.
Opening a file is logged, not only editing it
Simply opening a patient file is recorded with who opened it and when, in an audit log the owner can read.
Works offline, within a stated limit
The software runs with no connection; only the licence needs to check in periodically. After the grace period it becomes read-only — files, printing and backups keep working, saving stops, and it returns on the first connection.
Practical value
What was this product designed to achieve?
Every decision in the product is tied to an outcome the user understands; design is not treated as a layer separate from the work
The result
A clinic system you own rather than rent
This product reflects how AiJoLabs builds tools the client actually owns: local data, a record that is never rewritten, and AI that transcribes reports and organises the case without diagnosing or suggesting a medicine.
